Why verify your identity?

To ensure the security of transactions carried out on our platform, Tripartie has partnered with Mangopay SA, a licenced electronic money institution regulated by Luxembourg’s supervisor of financial sector Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

As a regulated electronic money institution, Mangopay is legally required to perform "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and "Know Your Business" (KYB) procedures to ensure that its services meet the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements.

"Know Your Customer" is a user identity verification procedure. As a seller, you will have to comply with this procedure in order to transfer the money earned to your personal bank account. We therefore advise you to verify your profile as soon as possible, to avoid delaying the final payment.

How to verify your Tripartie profile?

  1. Go to your account "settings".

  2. Fill in your First name, Last name, Date of birth, Nationality and Country of residence from the "Personal information" tab.

  3. Click on the "Profile verification" tab and add your identity document:

    • National identity card: front & back

    • Passport: Page containing your photo

    • Residence permit: front & back

    • Driving license: front & back

  4. Validate to complete the verification procedure.

Your identity document must be clearly visible, complete (both sides) and not expired. Make sure that your first name, surname, date of birth, nationality and country of residence match the information on your document.

Important: Identity documents are directly transferred to Mangopay, which processes them securely. Tripartie does not store and has no access to identity documents uploaded by users.

Errors to avoid:

  • Your personal information does not match your document.

  • Your document is not complete.

  • Your document has expired.

  • Your document is blurred.

  • Your document has shadows or reflections.
