When using Tripartie in France and abroad, and that the transaction requires to ship a package, it is important to respect the following delivery instructions:

  • Before shipping the parcel, make sure that the buyer has paid. Tripartie will send you a direct confirmation of this to your account and to your email.

  • Pack the item with care and make sure that the parcel is well-packed and the content protected.

  • Ship the parcel to the address provided by Tripartie.

  • Then, enter the tracking number into your Tripartie account so that your parcel is processed by the application.

We recommend you to keep the proof of deposit and to take the insurance and the signature upon delivery options, to allow Tripartie to protect both parties involved in the transaction.

Important: if you are using Tripartie's solution within a partner's platform, different delivery methods may be displayed. Follow Tripartie's first instructions, then those in the email containing your shipping slip.

Tripartie recommends the following providers: Colissimo (La Poste), dpdgroup, TNT, chronopost, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Mondial Relais and Swiss Post.
