Before shipping the parcel, make sure the payment has been secured by Tripartie. A confirmation notification will be sent to you directly in your personal interface and by email.
Pack the item carefully, make sure that the parcel is solid and its contents protected, then affix the shipping label in a visible way and take care that no information is hidden,
Ship the parcel before the date indicated to avoid cancellation of the transaction.
Good to know: if you use the Tripartie solution from a partner platform, different delivery options may be offered. Follow Tripartie's initial instructions, then those contained in the email containing your shipping label.
