In the event of loss or theft of the parcel during shipment, Tripartie checks that the shipping instructions have been respected by the sender. 

The sender can thus be held responsible for the loss, if, for example, the shipment was sent without the option of tracking or delivery against signature.

Generally, our users respect the instructions and the carrier is solely responsible for the loss of the package. Tripartie therefore engages the responsibility of the carrier to protect the buyer and the seller.
