In the event of loss or theft of the parcel during shipment, Tripartie checks that the shipping instructions have been respected by the sender. 

The latter can thus be held responsible for the loss, if, for example, the parcel was shipped without the tracking or signature upon delivery option.

If the shipping instructions have been properly followed, then only the carrier can be held responsible for the loss of the parcel. Tripartie therefore holds the carrier liable to protect the buyer and the seller.
