The inspection period allows the buyer to verify the conformity of the deliverable and to return it to the seller if necessary. To do so, the buyer logs on to his personal Tripartie space and clicks on the transaction in progress. A "Return the object of the transaction" button then appears.

If the return of the object involves sending a parcel, it is essential to consult the shipping instructions.

The seller is notified of the return request and in turn has a period of inspection to check that there is no damage. If the object of the transaction is properly returned to the seller, all funds are returned to the buyer.

If the buyer and the seller agree to return only part of the object of the transaction, please contact and explain the situation.
