A dispute may arise between the Buyer and the Seller, for example if a customer is not satisfied with the services provided or if an object is damaged.

When a dispute is opened, an initial period of 14 days is given to resolve the dispute amicably, with the help of Tripartie's legal team.

If no amicable agreement is reached between the buyer and the seller at the end of this first period, a second period of 14 days is opened allowing Tripartie's legal team to study the file and make a decision.
