A dispute may arise over the final quality of the deliverable. In this case, the dispute resolution procedure shall be initiated.

When a dispute is opened, an initial period of 14 days is aimed at resolving the dispute amicably, with the help of Tripartie's legal team.

If no amicable agreement is reached between the buyer and the seller at the end of this first period, a second period of 14 days is opened allowing Tripartie's legal team to study the case and make a final decision.
