An item can be returned if it does not conform to the description made by the seller. During the inspection period, the buyer can "Report a problem" from his Tripartie personal space and ask to return the item and be refund.
The request must imperatively be accepted by the seller or by Tripartie.
Important: An item cannot be returned in the case of a hand-delivered transaction, so it is imperative to ensure that it is suitable before finalising the transaction.
