The Buyer is then obliged to check the conformity of the Object of the Transaction, if need be after an inspection of the Object, before finally confirming the Transaction on his Personal Account prior to the end of the Inspection Period.

The Buyer has five (5) business days to send back the parcel to the address indicated on his Personal Account, following the shipping instructions of the present article 4.3.2. (Sending by post). If this does not happen, the Ring-fenced Funds will be definitively provided on the Seller’s Electronic Purse.

An experienced and independent TRIPARTIE arbitrator will be assigned to the litigation. The Buyer and the Seller will be able to submit to him all information and elements of proof they wish to highlight.
