Find out how to buy and sell with Tripartie

Tripartie is a trusted third party that protects the buyer and the seller in a completely fair way during a transaction and thus allows two individuals to take opportunities without risks related to quality and payment.

By holding the buyer's payment until the transaction is validated, Tripartie ensures the buyer to get a purchase that conforms to the description and the seller to get a full payment on time.

Buy safely:

  1. Log in or create your free Tripartie account

  2. Select your delivery method and a delivery location if necessary

  3. Choose your payment method and send your purchase offer

Important: Tripartie asks you to fill in your payment information in order to make a bank imprint and to ensure your solvency. Your bank card is only debited if your offer is accepted and your payment is only transferred to the seller once the transaction has been finalised.

4.a. You opted for hand delivery:

  • Meet the seller. Choose a public and busy meeting place during the day (e.g. near a shop or open bar). Do not go alone if possible.

  • Finalise the transaction. Make sure your purchase is as described and as you expected before giving the seller the 6-digit validation code.

4.b. You opted for tracking delivery:

  • Receive the order. Delivery generally takes 4 to 6 working days, the tracking information can be found in your Tripartie personal space.

  • Finalise the transaction. Once the order is indicated as "Delivered", you have 72 hours to inspect your order and report a problem if necessary. After this time, Tripartie automatically validates the transaction and transfers the payment to the seller.

Your order is conform: click on "Finalise the transaction", Tripartie instantly transfers the payment to the seller.

Your order does not conform to its description, is damaged or not delivered: click on "Report a problem" to find an amicable agreement with the seller. The customer service department will quickly examine the situation if necessary and make a decision.

Sell safely:

  1. Log in or create your free Tripartie account.

  2. Create your secure payment link from the Tripartie interface, add an accurate and honest description of your item and good quality photos and share it. You can also place an ad directly from one of our partner platforms that integrate our solution.

  3. Accept the purchase offer that suits you, Tripartie keeps the buyer's payment until the transaction is finalized.

4.a. Delivery method: Hand delivery

  • Meet the buyer. Choose a public and busy meeting place, during the day (e.g. near a shop or an open bar). Do not go alone if possible.

  • Finalise the transaction. Enter the 6-digit validation code provided by the buyer to finalise the transaction and transfer the payment to your Tripartie wallet. Make sure the transaction status is "finalised" before finally handing over the order to the buyer.

4.b. Delivery method: Tracking delivery

  • Ship the order within 5 days after acceptance of the offer and respect our shipping conditions.

  • Receive your payment on your Tripartie wallet. The transfer of payment can take up to 72 hours after delivery. This period allows the buyer to make sure that the order is delivered and conforms to its description. If everything is OK, the transaction is automatically validated after this period.

Important: stay on the Tripartie platform throughout the transaction to be protected in case of a problem.
