The purchase offer allows a potential buyer to express interest in purchasing a property at a set price. Once finalized, the offer is automatically sent to the seller.

The purchase offer is valid for 5 days once transmitted to the seller. If it has not been accepted or declined by the seller before the end of this period, it is automatically cancelled and the bank imprint made on the buyer's card is abandoned, without any charge.

As long as the offer has not been accepted, the buyer can cancel it at any time from the “Transaction” section of his Tripartie personal space, without any charge.
