Once the offer has been accepted, the buyer is no longer able to cancel the transaction. However, if the order has not yet been delivered or dispatched, the buyer can contact the seller, via Tripartie or directly, to request the cancellation of the transaction.

A confirmation is systematically requested from the seller to ensure that the order has not been delivered or that the delivery is not already in progress.

Important: by cancelling a transaction, Tripartie refund the buyer and is no longer able to guarantee any protection for the seller.
