What should I do if I have a problem with the delivery?

If a problem occurs during the delivery of a parcel, we recommend that you contact the customer support of the delivery service concerned as soon as possible and then inform the other party.

Delivery by La Poste Colissimo:

If a problem occurs during the delivery of your parcel with Colissimo (late delivery, unavailability of the parcel once delivered, loss of the parcel, damaged parcel or item ...) we invite you to contact the La Poste Colissimo Customer Service and follow their instructions.

Delivery by Mondial Relay:

If a problem occurs during the delivery of your package with Mondial Relay (late delivery, unavailability of the parcel once delivered, loss of the parcel, damaged parcel or item ...) we invite you to contact the Mondial Relay Customer Service and follow their instructions.

Delivery by Swiss Post :

If a problem occurs during the delivery of your parcel with Colissimo (late delivery, unavailability of the parcel once delivered, loss of the parcel, damaged parcel or item ...) we invite you to contact the Swiss Post Customer Service and follow their instructions.

Delivery by another carrier:

If a problem occurs during delivery with another carrier, we invite you to contact the Customer Service of the delivery service concerned as soon as possible and then inform the other party.

Good to know: If the delivery instructions have been respected, the carrier is solely responsible for any damage or loss of the package. Tripartie therefore holds the carrier responsible to protect the buyer and the seller.
