Once the return request is validated by the seller or by Tripartie, the item must be returned as soon as possible. It is important to wait for the notification from Tripartie with the return information.
How to proceed:
Pack the order carefully, make sure the package is strong and the content protected.
Opt for a package with tracking option, the return costs are at your expense unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
Take a picture of the item in its packaging, and then a photo of the closed package, making sure that the packing slip is legible in its entirety.
Send the parcel with the tracking option exclusively to the address provided by Tripartie.
Give the tracking number and pictures of the item and its packaging to the seller.
Once the seller has confirmed receipt of the package, the buyer is immediately reimbursed to the credit card used for payment.
It is recommended to keep the proof of delivery and to subscribe to the insurance and delivery against signature options.
